Over the past decade I have had the privilege of serving West Virginian communities through several nonprofit directorship roles focused on scaling state and nationwide volunteerism programs and managing complex federal grants.In my consultancy practice I offer nonprofit and public sector grant and program development consulting with a focus on Appalachian and rural needs. I believe that impactful consulting is rooted in collaboration, trust, and a deep understanding of the community. I take a hands-on, client -oriented approach and follow a place-based framework focused on beneficiary-led design and local partnerships.
